Undocumented not counted in the census.
So if I were a congressman My law would be that the census for 2030 would not be allowed to count the undocumented. The illegals. Let me clarify that.
Count them separately, but their numbers would not be used for creating congressional districts. Depending on whose numbers yo look at, blue states would lose anywhere from 8-12 congressional seats.
Under my law if past it would be more like 20. Possibly 25. California Illinois, Minnesota, New York, Rhode Island, and Oregon to name a few losers.
What say you?
